I would like to inquire on possible mooring space for floating homes, these homes are built on concrete barges, the houses are steel framed and meet the requirements for cat 5 storms. The homes are very nice and meet city building codes as well as coast gaurd requirements. I currently have people interested in the area to purchase floating homes but they need to lease or purchase mooring space. Barges depending on the square footage of the house is 40'x60' and 40'x80'.
