SECURITY DEPOSITS
**Non Live-aboard deposit equals 1 month rent
**Live-aboard deposit 1st and last month rent.

*Live-aboard fee: $60.00 for either 1 or 2 people per vessel and $30.00 for each additional individual
PET DEPOSIT is $150.00 non-refundable for each live-aboard pet.
Electric is billed monthly. (rate due to change without notice)

SAFETY

If you hire someone to work on your boat, they must be insured and we must have a copy of the insurance in our files.

All contractors must sign in at the Ship Store whether they are on the floating docks or the covered docks.

All gates must be kept closed at all times. No fires on the docks.

All pets must be kept on a leash.
